Joining and Enquiries

For joining information, general enquiries or anything else please send us an email.

Before joining we would invite you to a free trial session and ask you to complete a membership form for yourself and any others who are getting in the water. It is important that we have the emergency information for everyone swimming.

As everyone is a volunteer, there may be a short delay before we reply to you. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a page at facebook.com/sunbeamsc and for active members we have a group you can join too.

Facilities

The venue is fully level access. There are disabled changing rooms and a pool hoist to help swimmers who need it to enter/exit the water.

Drinking water fountains, vending machines and a cafe can be found near to the main reception where you can also buy a few items like goggles, hats and ear plugs if you need them.

Prices

Membership

Individual membership is £10 per year

Family membership is £20 per year

Trial session

FREE – please book in advance

We aim to keep fees as low as possible and have not raised prices in five years.

To be able to continue meeting the cost of pool hire we have kept annual membership fees the same and introduced a small increase for member swim sessions from 1 April 2024.

Session fees for additional family swimmers are aligned to public swimming fees.

Swimming sessions from 1 April 2024

Club members:

£4 per single swim session

£7 per double swim session

Additional family (when space is available):

Adult

£6 per single swim session

£10 per double swim session

Child

£4 per single swim session

£7 per double swim session

When

We host two swimming sessions
Saturdays
12:30pm – 1:15pm
1:15pm – 2:00pm

We swim most Saturdays so please do check by email if you would like to confirm before travelling.

There is a large car park with 240 spaces and 5 disabled spaces. For more information, please see Horsham District Council’s website.
